What’s happening at Manolin?
After more than 9 years, it is time for Manolin to close. The last few years have been extremely difficult for many restaurants, and Manolin was not immune. In order to keep our business strong, we have decided to close the doors on this concept.
We have experienced so much greatness in this space, and we are forever grateful for the people who made it special. Thank you all!
Old Salt Fish & Bagel will continue on in the Manolin and Ballard locations, serving the best fish and bagels in town.
Looking to the future we plan to open a new concept in the evenings, later this year. Stay tuned!!!
